Getting Started

The Campaign Registry (TCR) is the industry-standard platform for registering business messaging campaigns in the US. Carriers require TCR registration to prevent message filtering, ensure deliverability, and comply with TCPA regulations. Without proper registration, your messages may be blocked or heavily filtered.

We create compliance microsites with all required documentation carriers expect during TCR review—privacy policies, consent language, sample messages, and opt-out procedures. Our templates follow carrier-specific guidelines to reduce rejection rates and accelerate approval timelines.

Every microsite includes privacy policy, terms of service, opt-in/opt-out procedures, message frequency disclosures, sample message examples, contact information, and SSL hosting. Content is customized to your brand and messaging use cases.

A: Basic plan: 5 business days. Standard plan: 2-3 business days with priority service. Plus plan: 2-3 business days with dedicated account management. Timeline starts after we receive your branding materials and content requirements.

Privacy policies must state what personal information is collected, how it's used, and explicitly confirm that SMS consent and phone numbers are NOT shared with third parties for marketing. Policies must be easily accessible and prominently linked.

Minimum three unique samples that reflect actual business communications. Messages must include your business name and at least one must contain opt-out language. Content must match your declared use case (conversational, marketing, notifications, etc.).

Carrier review typically takes 2-7 business days for standard campaigns. Complex use cases or industry-specific programs may require 10-15 days. Having a compliant microsite ready accelerates the overall approval timeline.
