Why This Rejection Happens
Your sample messages include a phone number (e.g., "Call us at 555-0199"), but you did not check the "Embedded Phone Number" attribute in your campaign registration. Carriers treat phone numbers inside texts as "risk assets" because they are often used for spam redirection. You must declare them.

- Attribute "Embedded Phone Number" is Unchecked (False).
