Why This Rejection Happens
This code appears when a campaign contains "Mature" or "Suggestive" content (e.g., dating apps, lingerie sites, romance novels) but lacks a mandatory 18+ Age Gate on the website. Note: Explicit pornography is banned entirely (Code 703). This code applies to the "allowed but restricted" grey area of mature content.

Root Cause Analysis
Primary Triggers
- Content Threshold: If the content is "Not Safe For Work" (NSFW) but not hardcore pornography, carriers demand an Age Gate to ensure minors aren't targeted.
- Attribute Failure: Even if your site has a gate, if you fail to check the "Age Gated Content" box in TCR, the automated audit will reject the campaign upon seeing the content.
Step-by-Step Remediation
Install 18+ Age Gate
If your business sells adult novelties or is a dating service, you MUST have a popup on your homepage asking the user to confirm they are 18 or older.
Update Attributes
Log into TCR/CSP portal. Edit the campaign. Check the box for "Age Gated Content".
