Why This Rejection Happens
Your sample messages include words like "Donate", "Charity", "Nonprofit", or "Fundraiser," but you did not select the 501(c)(3) or Charity attribute in your campaign settings.
Root Cause Analysis
Carrier Verification: T-Mobile requires registered charities to verify their 501(c)(3) status to prevent fraud. If you talk like a charity, you must be tagged as one.
The Fix
Enable the attribute if you are a charity, or remove the language if you are not.
Option A: Enable Attribute
Go to Campaign Attributes and set "501(c)(3)" to TRUE. (Requires valid EIN).
Option B: Remove Keywords
Change "Donate now" to "Support our cause" (if not a registered nonprofit) to avoid the automated flag.
