REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
mytcrplus.com (“mytcrplus,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides digital compliance and messaging solutions, including but not limited to: domain registration, website provisioning, TCR (The Campaign Registry) brand and campaign registration support, 10DLC compliance configuration, and related telecommunications messaging services (collectively, the “Service”).
All Services are delivered digitally and do not constitute physical goods or tangible products. By engaging with mytcrplus, you acknowledge that the Service involves registration with third-party regulatory entities, domain name allocation, and technical configuration that begins immediately upon account setup.
2. MINIMUM CONTRACT TERM
All Service agreements carry a minimum one (1) year contract term commencing on the date of account setup completion (“Contract Term”). The Contract Term renews automatically on an annual basis unless terminated in accordance with Section 8 of this Policy.
Due to the nature of domain registration and third-party compliance filings (including TCR brand registration and carrier vetting), the Service requires annual renewal to maintain domain control, regulatory standing, and messaging infrastructure.
3. NO REFUNDS AFTER ACCOUNT SETUP
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds, credits, or prorated adjustments under any circumstances following account setup.
“Account setup” is deemed complete when any of the following occur, whichever happens first:
- Domain name is registered or transferred to mytcrplus control on your behalf;
- TCR brand registration is submitted to The Campaign Registry or any third-party vetting authority;
- Website provisioning is initiated, including DNS configuration, hosting allocation, or content deployment;
- Compliance documentation (Privacy Policy, SMS Terms of Service, opt-in/opt-out language) is generated or published;
- Any configuration, API credential, or access credential is issued to you or your authorized representative.
Once account setup has commenced, no refund or partial refund will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of business needs or strategy;
- Dissatisfaction with Service features or performance;
- Third-party denial or delay of TCR registration, carrier approval, or domain transfer;
- Voluntary termination before the end of the Contract Term;
- Failure to use the Service or access provided resources;
- Regulatory changes, carrier policy modifications, or external compliance shifts;
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to network outages, third-party system failures, or governmental action.
4. PRE-SETUP CANCELLATION
If you cancel your Service before account setup begins, you may request a full refund within three (3) business days of initial payment, provided that:
- No domain registration has been initiated;
- No TCR registration or third-party compliance filing has been submitted;
- No website provisioning, DNS configuration, or hosting allocation has occurred;
- No credentials, access tokens, or documentation have been generated or delivered.
To request a pre-setup cancellation and refund, submit a written request to support@mytcrplus.com with your account details and order confirmation. Refund requests will be processed within ten (10) business days of approval.
5. DOMAIN RENEWAL REQUIREMENT
The Service includes domain registration and management. Domain names are registered or renewed on an annual basis through ICANN-accredited registrars or authorized resellers. You acknowledge and agree that:
- Domain renewal is required to maintain access to the Service, website, and compliance infrastructure;
- Failure to renew the domain may result in loss of domain control, website unavailability, and non-compliance with TCR or carrier requirements;
- Domain renewal fees are included in annual Service fees and are non-refundable;
- mytcrplus reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Service if domain renewal payment is not received within the Contract Term renewal window.
You are responsible for ensuring payment information is current and valid for automated annual renewal. mytcrplus will provide renewal notices via email at least thirty (30) days prior to Contract Term expiration but is not liable for non-receipt of such notices.
6. ANNUAL RENEWAL AND AUTO-RENEWAL
Your Service agreement will automatically renew for successive one (1) year periods unless you provide written notice of non-renewal at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the current Contract Term.
Non-renewal notices must be submitted in writing to support@mytcrplus.com and must include:
- Account holder name and associated email address;
- Domain name(s) associated with the Service;
- Confirmation that you understand domain control and TCR registration may be affected upon non-renewal.
Upon non-renewal, mytcrplus will cease domain renewal, hosting services, and compliance support. You acknowledge that:
- TCR registrations may become inactive or require re-registration if domain or website continuity is disrupted;
- Messaging infrastructure and carrier approval may be revoked or suspended;
- mytcrplus is not responsible for data loss, compliance lapse, or operational disruption resulting from non-renewal.
No refunds or credits will be issued for partial use of the Service during any Contract Term.
7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND FEES
The Service may involve third-party regulatory entities, registrars, and carriers, including but not limited to:
- The Campaign Registry (TCR);
- ICANN-accredited domain registrars;
- Mobile network operators (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc.);
- Third-party vetting authorities.
You acknowledge that:
- Third-party fees (including TCR registration fees, carrier review fees, and domain registration costs) are non-refundable once submitted;
- mytcrplus does not control third-party approval timelines, denial decisions, or policy changes;
- Delays, denials, or rejections by third parties do not constitute grounds for refund or Service credit;
- You are responsible for ensuring all information provided to mytcrplus for third-party submission is accurate, complete, and compliant with applicable regulations.
mytcrplus will use commercially reasonable efforts to facilitate third-party registrations but does not guarantee approval or specific timelines.
8. TERMINATION FOR CAUSE
mytcrplus reserves the right to terminate your Service agreement immediately and without refund if:
- You breach any term of this Policy, the Terms of Service, or applicable laws and regulations;
- You engage in prohibited conduct, including but not limited to: transmission of illegal content, spam, or fraudulent messaging; violation of TCPA, CAN-SPAM, or CTIA guidelines; use of the Service for age-restricted content (CBD, cannabis, firearms, alcohol, tobacco) where prohibited;
- You provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or Service use;
- Payment for the Service is declined, reversed, or disputed without resolution;
- You fail to maintain a compliant website or SMS opt-in/opt-out disclosure as required by TCR and carrier regulations.
Termination for cause does not entitle you to any refund, credit, or compensation. You remain liable for all fees incurred prior to termination.
9. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE AND POLICY
mytcrplus reserves the right to modify the Service, pricing, and this Refund and Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to https://mytcrplus.com or notification via email to the account holder’s registered email address.
Continued use of the Service following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you may terminate the Service in accordance with Section 8, provided that no refund will be issued for the current Contract Term.
10. DISPUTES AND EXCEPTIONS
All disputes regarding refunds, billing, or Service delivery must be submitted in writing to support@mytcrplus.com within fifteen (15) business days of the disputed event. mytcrplus will review disputes on a case-by-case basis and may, in its sole discretion, issue Service credits or adjustments where warranted.
Exceptions to this Policy may be granted only under extraordinary circumstances and require written approval from mytcrplus management. Requests for exceptions must include:
- Detailed explanation of circumstances;
- Supporting documentation (e.g., proof of regulatory non-approval, evidence of technical failure attributable to mytcrplus);
- Account and transaction details.
mytcrplus reserves the right to deny exception requests without explanation.
11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Refund and Return Policy is governed by the laws of the state in which mytcrplus is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from this Policy or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction.
You waive any objection to venue or jurisdiction in such courts.

13. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By purchasing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Refund and Return Policy. You confirm that you understand:
- All sales are final after account setup;
- Domain renewal is required annually to maintain Service access;
- No refunds, credits, or prorated adjustments will be issued after account setup;
- Third-party fees and registrations are non-refundable;
- The minimum Contract Term is one (1) year with automatic annual renewal.
