Website Compliance

Must explicitly state mobile numbers are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing.
Include program description, frequency, "message/data rates may apply", and opt-out instructions.
Legal business name and physical address must match your EIN and TCR registration data exactly.
If capturing numbers anywhere on site, must include an unchecked opt-in box and CTIA disclosure language.
Campaign Setup
Match use case (Marketing, Customer Care, 2FA, Mixed) exactly to actual message content.
Provide 3 distinct samples. Must include Brand Name and Opt-Out language (e.g., "Reply STOP to cancel").
Detailed explanation of how/where consent is obtained. Must include links/screenshots to the specific opt-in point.
Auto-reply must trigger on "HELP" and include Brand Name, support contact info (email/phone), and opt-out reminder.
Auto-reply must confirm opt-out, stop sending immediately, and include Brand Name.
