A2P 10DLC registration status is the Application-to-Person (A2P) labeled status panel inside a Campaign Service Provider (CSP) console. The panel tracks The Campaign Registry (TCR) brand and campaign objects that authorize A2P SMS on a United States 10-Digit Long Code (10DLC).
A2P in the label does not add a third object. It marks the traffic class those objects serve.
How to Read an A2P Status Panel
If brand is pending and campaign is blank, wait on identity. If brand is approved and campaign is rejected, rewrite the program packet. If both are approved and messages still fail, check number assignment. Status of the objects and status of the number mapping are different facts.
Do not send A2P bursts because a progress spinner looks healthy. Read the terminal state.
Timing Implied by Status
Pending identity often resolves in 1–3 business days when public records match, or 7–10 business days when the trust score sits under 50. Pending campaigns often resolve in 1–10 business days. Status that stays pending beyond those bands deserves a CSP ticket with the object IDs attached.
FAQ
Why does A2P 10DLC registration status show incomplete when the brand is approved?
