What It Does
The Compliance Document Generator produces compliance documents customized with your company name and details. The suite version generates 10 production-ready documents, including Privacy Policy, SMS Terms of Service, Consent Checkbox Language, TCR Campaign Copy, Carrier Addenda and a Consent Audit Schema.
TCR reviewers check that the privacy policy and terms linked in a campaign disclose SMS use and do not allow sharing of mobile numbers for marketing. Missing or non-compliant policies are a common cause of rejection, for example error 9108.

Cost
1 token per document, 10 tokens for the full package. Tokens are bought once, work across all MyTCRPlus tools, and never expire. There is no subscription, and a daily free token is available. Tokens cost $0.50 to $0.90 each, depending on pack size.
How to Run It
- Open the Compliance Document Generator in the Compliance Suite and sign in, or create an account.
- Enter the inputs listed above and run the tool. One token is deducted per run unless noted under Cost.

Will a generated privacy policy fix error 9108?
Error 9108 is raised when the privacy policy does not meet SMS requirements. Publishing a compliant, SMS-specific policy at the URL in your campaign addresses the cause; the fix still has to be resubmitted through your CSP.
How much does it cost?
One token per document, or 10 tokens for the full package. Tokens are bought once and do not expire.
Is there an API endpoint?
Yes. POST /v1/tools/document-generator on the MyTCRPlus REST API.
