What It Does
The Opt-Out / STOP Flow Auditor scores a message and your opt-out setup against the requirements carriers and the TCPA apply to STOP handling. It checks that an opt-out instruction is present, that STOP and HELP keywords are handled, where the instruction is placed, and whether opt-outs are processed automatically.
Under the current FCC rule, consumers may revoke consent by any reasonable means, and STOP-style replies are reasonable means per se. Revocation must be honored within a reasonable time not to exceed ten business days. The auditor is built so that STOP handling is immediate in practice, which is what carriers expect.
Who It Is For

FAQ
Is "Reply STOP to opt out" enough?
It is the most common compliant instruction, and carriers expect it in sample messages. The auditor also checks HELP handling, placement and whether opt-outs are processed automatically, because the instruction alone does not make a flow compliant.
How fast must an opt-out be honored?
The FCC rule text sets an outer limit of ten business days. Carriers and complaint risk make immediate suppression the practical standard, and the auditor treats it that way.
Do only the STOP keywords count as opt-out requests?
No. Consumers may revoke consent by any reasonable means. STOP-family keywords are reasonable means per se, and other clear requests must be honored as well.
How much does an audit cost?
One token per audit. Tokens are bought once, work across all MyTCRPlus tools, and do not expire.
Is there an API for the auditor?
Yes. POST /v1/tools/opt-out-auditor on the MyTCRPlus REST API runs the same audit.
