Why This Rejection Happens
The Opt-in Confirmation Message (the first message sent after a user subscribes) failed to inform the user how often they will be messaged.
Root Cause Analysis
CTIA Requirement: Consumers must know if they are signing up for one message or one hundred. This expectation must be set immediately.
Acceptable Phrases
- "Message frequency varies" (Safest/Most common)
- "4 msgs/month" (Specific)
- "One-time passcode" (For transactional)
