Why This Rejection Happens
Your "Sample Messages" (the actual content you plan to send) do not include your brand name. Every single message must identify the sender.
Root Cause Analysis
Anti-Spam Measure: Anonymous messages are flagged as spam. The consumer must know who is texting them in every interaction.
The Fix
Edit all your sample messages to start with your Brand Name followed by a colon (e.g., "MyBrand: ...").
