Scenario A: Hidden Marketing
You selected "Account Notification" (Informational) but your message says "Check out our holiday sale!". This is a violation of the use case.
Scenario B: Charity Mismatch
You selected "Charity" (501c3 specific) but the samples are for a for-profit business drive.
Scenario C: Mixed Use Case
Your samples show BOTH "Your code is 1234" AND "Buy 1 Get 1 Free". You must select "Mixed" or "Marketing" as the use case, not just "2FA".
The Fix
Either update your campaign Use Case setting or rewrite your samples to match the existing setting.
Pro Tip:
If you send any marketing content at all, select "Marketing" or "Low Volume Mixed". Do not try to sneak marketing into an "Account Notification" campaign; carriers will block it.
