- Data Trading: The core issue is data provenance. If you buy a list or sell your list, you cannot use 10DLC. The sender must be the First Party who collected the consent.

You MUST include the specific exclusion clause: "No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes." (See Code 7103). Without this, lead gen is assumed.
